LEVEL IV-B RESIDENTIAL FACILITY
Hamlet Street, San Mateo
A co-educational residence for eight adults who have developmental disabilities coupled with moderate behavioral disorders. The program's primary emphasis is independent living skills training combined with behavior modification interventions.
LEVEL IV-F RESIDENTIAL FACILITY
Hiller Street, Belmont
Provides residential support services for adolescents and young adults, some who have histories of abuse and/or neglect. The program's goal is to provide age-appropriate daily living skills training within a secure therapeutic atmosphere, which promotes self-esteem and independence.

LEVEL IV-H RESIDENTIAL FACILITY (2)

Merced Drive, San Bruno
The G and H facilities are co-educational residences that provide programs of structured daily living skills and behavioral training. Designed for adults who previously lived in developmental centers.
LEVEL III RESIDENTIAL FACILITY
Horizon/North Road, Belmont
This facility provides a comprehensive independent living skills training program for eight adults. Behavior management skill training is provided as needed on an individual basis. This is a three to five year transitional program with the goal to graduate into independent living
